DAMAC Hotels, the hospitality arm of DAMAC Properties, has launched the first fully certified Sharia-compliant serviced luxury hotel apartments in Jumeirah Village with a choice of studio, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments.
Although there are alcohol-free projects in Dubai, which claim to be Sharia-compliant, Constella will have separate swimming pools, gymnasiums, and saunas for men and women. The restaurant will also have a section for men and a separate family section.
Served only women staff, there will be dedicated floors for women. In addition, Constella will also fully adhere to Islamic financing principles.
